Renovation & Refurbishment
A fresh chapter
for your home.
From updating individual rooms to a complete property refurbishment, we bring the work together around your plans.
Your ideas.
A coordinated project.
Renovation brings several trades and many decisions together. We help you agree the scope and organise the work, with a dedicated project manager keeping you informed.
Our work can take a property from strip-out through to the final finishes, including the practical services behind the walls and the spaces you use every day.
The scope of your refurbishment
From the essentials to the finishing touches.
- Strip-out and preparation
- Complete rewiring and lighting
- Plumbing and central heating
- Plastering and painting
- Doors, frames and skirting
- Interior flooring
- Kitchen refurbishment and new kitchen fitting
- New bathrooms and bathroom refurbishment
- Associated garden design and installation
- New patios and garden walls
We agree the scope around your property and priorities, so everyone understands what the project includes.
Kitchens & bathrooms
Refresh an existing kitchen, fit a new one or create a new bathroom. We coordinate the associated plumbing, electrical work and finishes within the agreed project.
